Abundance Affirmations: 100+ Powerful Statements
Over 100 powerful abundance affirmations to reprogram your subconscious mind for prosperity, flow, and material wellbeing.
Before the list: how to use affirmations so they actually work
Most affirmation lists fail for one reason: they give you a hundred sentences and no method. Repeating words you do not feel is noise. The teachers who actually built this practice, Florence Scovel Shinn and Neville Goddard, were both explicit about this. The word without the feeling is a dead letter.
So the method first, then the list:
- Choose three to five affirmations, not thirty. Repetition of a few builds assumption; grazing through many builds nothing.
- Say them until they feel true, not until you have finished. The feeling of naturalness is the signal. Shinn called it "the word made flesh". Neville called it the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
- Use them to interrupt, not just to recite. The highest-value moment for an affirmation is the instant you catch the old contrary thought. That is the mental diet, and it is where affirmations earn their keep.
Florence Scovel Shinn's original affirmations
Shinn published these in The Game of Life and How to Play It (1925) and her later books. They are a century old and still the best-constructed affirmations in the tradition, because each one dissolves a specific contrary assumption rather than just asserting a wish.
For supply and right work
- "God is my unfailing supply, and large sums of money come to me quickly, under grace, in perfect ways."
- "I have a perfect work in a perfect way; I give a perfect service for perfect pay."
- "Every plan my Father in heaven has not planned is dissolved and dissipated, and the Divine Idea now comes to pass."
- "I now draw from the abundance of the spheres my immediate and endless supply."
- "My supply is endless, immediate, and comes to me under grace in perfect ways."
- "All channels are free and all doors fly open for my immediate and endless supply."
For dissolving fear and resistance
- "I cast this burden on the Christ within, and I go free."
- "I am fearless, free, and unafraid."
- "Nothing can disturb the calm peace of my soul."
- "I deny debt, it is an illusion; there are no debts in Divine Mind."
- "What God has given me can never be lost."
- "The unexpected happens, my seemingly impossible good now comes to pass."
For love and right relationship
- "Divine Love now dissolves and dissipates every wrong condition in my mind, body, and affairs."
- "I see clearly and act quickly, and my greatest expectations come to pass in a miraculous way."
- "The Divine Plan of my life now takes shape in definite, concrete experiences, leading to my heart's desire."
- "I am now linked by Divine Love to the right person and the right situation."
For guidance and the right path
- "Infinite Spirit, open the way for my great abundance. I am an irresistible magnet for all that belongs to me by Divine Right."
- "I give thanks for my whirlwind success. I sweep all before me, for I work with the Spirit and follow the Divine Plan of my life."
- "My good now flows to me in a steady, unbroken, ever-increasing stream of happiness."
- "There is no competition on the spiritual plane. What is rightfully mine is given me under grace."
- "I look with wonder at that which is before me."
Neville Goddard's assumption statements
Neville rarely used the word "affirmation". He taught short first-person statements of the end state, to be felt rather than chanted. These are drawn from his lectures and books:
- "I am wealthy, poor, known, unknown, whoever I assume myself to be." (his formulation of the method itself)
- "I AM is the first cause-substance."
- "I assume the feeling of my wish fulfilled, and remain faithful to it."
- "An assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact."
- "I sleep tonight in the feeling of being the person I want to be."
- "My assumption creates its own bridge of incidents."
- "I revise this day, and make it conform to my ideal."
- "The world is myself pushed out."
- "I remember when I wanted this, and that memory is my proof it is done."
Present-tense statements built on the same architecture
These follow the teachers' construction rules: first person, present tense, no negations, no future tense. They are not quotes from Shinn or Neville; they are written in the same form.
Self-concept
- I am chosen, kept, and valued.
- I am the kind of person things work out for.
- I am easy to love and easy to keep.
- I am calm in the middle of my life.
- I am already the person I was trying to become.
- I am trusted with good things.
- I am at home in my own life.
- I am enough, and it shows.
Prosperity and supply
- Supply finds me without me chasing it.
- I am paid well for work I would do for free.
- Doors open for me that I did not knock on.
- I am a good steward of what flows to me.
- My income rises to meet my assumption of it.
- I always have more than I need, and it shows in how I give.
- The right opportunities recognise me.
- I receive as naturally as I breathe.
Love and relationship
- I am loved consistently, not conditionally.
- I am met with the same warmth I give.
- My relationships are steady, honest, and warm.
- I am chosen without performance.
- I bring out the best in the people I love.
- I am pursued by the right person at the right time.
- Love in my life is simple, and it stays.
Health and vitality
- My body remembers how to be well.
- I am strong, rested, and clear.
- Every day I feel more like myself.
- I sleep deeply and wake restored.
- My body responds to how I regard it.
- I am well, and wellness is normal for me.
Work and purpose
- I am in the right role at the right time.
- My work is seen and valued.
- I do excellent work without strain.
- The next step is always obvious to me.
- I am where I am supposed to be, and it shows.
- My effort compounds even when I cannot see it.
The inner state
- It is done, and I am at peace.
- I already have what I once prayed for.
- The bridge is building itself; I only hold the end.
- I am faithful to what I have assumed.
- Today conforms to my ideal.
- I remember this desire in the past tense.
- My inner conversations argue for me now.
- I walk as though the thing were true, because it is.
How to choose your three
- Pick the one that produces a small jolt of disbelief when you say it. That jolt marks the exact assumption being contradicted. That is your affirmation.
- Pick one from a teacher's original list (Shinn or Neville). The century-old constructions carry a precision the modern ones often lack.
- Pick one that is purely about you, with no other person named in it. Self-concept statements do the deepest work.
Say them in the drowsy state before sleep and on waking, when the critical faculty is down. Say them mid-day only to interrupt contrary thoughts. For the full nightly protocol these plug into, see the SATS technique, and for the written form of the same practice, manifesting on paper.
If you want this structured into a daily discipline rather than a list you visit once, that is exactly what the Reality Manuscript journal training was built for. And for the complete original context, read Shinn's own work: we break it down in Florence Scovel Shinn: God Is My Supply and her full affirmation method.
If you prefer to run these lines mechanically on a loop rather than as set decrees, see our full guide to robotic affirming.
