Manifestation techniques drawn from the original teachings

The Manifestation Journal turns ideas scattered through Neville Goddard, Florence Scovel Shinn, Thomas Troward and Israel Regardie into a repeatable bedside practice.

Instead of collecting more ideas, readers work through one practice at a time: define a short end scene, revise a difficult event, enter the state akin to sleep and keep a dated record of observations. It takes five to ten minutes a day.

Of all the metaphysical systems I am acquainted with, Neville's is the most evidently magical. Israel Regardie.

What you are actually getting

A bedside practice, not another screen

Practising on the same phone that holds messages and late night feeds makes it easy to spiral. Edition 01 gives the practice a physical place on the nightstand: open tonight's page, follow the prompt, put the screen down.

How Edition 01 works

Read the week's technique, complete the practice, then log relevant events without forcing an interpretation. Over four weeks, the dated pages show what changed and what did not.

How to use a manifestation journal in ten minutes

  1. Name one end. Choose one short outcome rather than writing a list of everything you want.
  2. Write one sensory scene. Describe a moment that would happen after the outcome is already settled.
  3. Rehearse before sleep. Close the journal and return to the same brief scene as you become drowsy.
  4. Record, do not embellish. Note relevant events and reactions without turning every coincidence into proof.

Worked example: the end scene

I close my laptop and read the short message confirming the project is mine. I feel the wooden edge of the desk beneath my palm. My shoulders drop. I write: settled.

The entry is brief, specific and set after the desired outcome. It avoids scripting the route or inventing a deadline.

Sources and editorial method

Reality Manuscript distinguishes quotations from interpretation. The journal's scene work, revision and SATS sections are grounded in Neville Goddard's published lectures and books; its spoken-word practice draws on Florence Scovel Shinn; its record-keeping is informed by Israel Regardie's emphasis on systematic training. Read the Neville Goddard archive and Shinn's The Game of Life and How to Play It. The practical sequence and examples are Reality Manuscript's editorial synthesis.

Manifestation Journal FAQ

What is a manifestation journal?

It is a journal used to define and rehearse an assumed outcome, revise unwanted events and keep a dated record of the practice. Unlike an ordinary diary, each entry follows a deliberate exercise.

What should I write in it?

Start with one short scene that would occur after your desired outcome is settled. Add sensory detail and avoid scripting every step of how it must happen.

How often should I use it?

Edition 01 is designed for five to ten minutes each day across four weeks. Consistency matters more than writing many pages at once.

Is the journal available to order now?

Not yet. Edition 01 is in preparation. The free reservation list receives the confirmed specifications, price and release date before orders open.
