Most manifestation planners fail for the same reason: they ask for a new intention every day. A week that starts with prosperity, drifts into a relationship on Wednesday and finishes with a job on Friday has no single assumption for anything to settle around. This weekly planner does the opposite. One intention, one assumption statement, seven days, one review.

An instructions page, the weekly sheet with intention, daily assumption statement, evidence log, revision box and end-of-week feeling, a worked example of a completed week, four review questions with writing space, and printing notes for A4 and ring-binder filing.
Write the intention as already settled, in the present tense and in one sentence. Keep the assumption statement identical all week; it does not change on Wednesday because Wednesday was difficult. Log evidence as fact rather than feeling. Use the revision box once, not constantly. Review before starting the next sheet.
A planner holds structure and a journal holds writing. Most people who keep both use the planner to decide what the week is about and the journal to do the daily work. Continue with the manifestation checklist and 30-day tracker, the revision technique in full, the gratitude journal prompts, or the ring-bound Manifestation Journal.
The revision box follows Neville Goddard's revision practice, taught across his 1950s lecture series and preserved in the public record at the Internet Archive. The one-week, one-assumption structure follows Goddard's teaching that an assumption, if persisted in, hardens into fact.
