An affirmation you carry gets read. An affirmation on a list gets skimmed once and then becomes furniture. This folio prints twenty cards, four to an A4 page, cut along a dashed rule. The idea is not to own all twenty but to carry one at a time until the line stops being an idea and starts being ordinary.

Four self-concept cards for identity rather than circumstance, four prosperity cards written as settled fact, four relationship cards focused on your own assumption, four steadiness cards for pressure and waiting, four fulfilled-state cards for use before sleep, and four blank ruled cards with the same cut rule.
Print at one hundred per cent on A4, ideally 160gsm or heavier, and cut along the dashed rule. Carry one card in a wallet, phone case or ring binder. Read it as a fact rather than a hope; tone matters more than repetition count. Write your own on the blank cards, first person, present tense, short enough to say in one breath.
Every line is written as a statement about what is already so rather than a request for it. That distinction goes back through New Thought writing to Florence Scovel Shinn's insistence on the spoken and written word. The card lines follow Florence Scovel Shinn's instruction on the spoken and written word in The Game Of Life And How To Play It (1925), freely readable at the Internet Archive. First-person, present-tense statements follow the wider New Thought convention of statement rather than request.
