The 22x2 method is one sentence written 22 times a day for two days in a row. It is the shortest written repetition method: two sittings of ten to fifteen minutes, then you put it away.

Six A4 pages: a how-to page, a sentence page with five wording checks and six examples, a Day 1 sheet and a Day 2 sheet with 22 numbered lines each plus date and time fields, a day-three reflection page, and a page of next steps.
Write your sentence once in the present tense. On day one, write it on all 22 lines in one sitting. Do the same the next day, word for word. On day three, answer the reflection questions once and then leave the wish alone.
Two printed days is what a worksheet is for. If you want a daily practice, the guided Manifestation Journal keeps everything in one book.

The 22x2 arrangement is modern and has no documented historical source. The idea underneath it, a stated assumption felt as already true, runs through Neville Goddard's lectures and Florence Scovel Shinn's The Game Of Life And How To Play It (1925), readable in our source archive.
