Most manifestation journals fail for the same reason: the page is blank, so the practice changes shape every day. One morning it is a gratitude list, the next it is a plan, the next it is an argument with yourself about why it has not happened yet. This template fixes the shape.

Twelve A4 pages: an instruction page explaining each of the six daily fields, a completed example page, eight daily pages ruled for the assumption, the scene that implies it, the felt state, evidence and movement, one revision and the sleep scene, a weekly review page, and a 28-day tracker grid with a closing question.
Write the assumption as ordinary present-tense fact rather than a want. Keep the scene small and repeatable. Record movement rather than proof. Revise one jarring moment of the day before sleep, as Neville Goddard taught. If you miss a day, pick up on the next page without restarting the count.
Eight printed days is what a template is for. If the practice holds past a month, the bound Manifestation Journal is this same layout in one book you can still read back next year.

The daily structure follows Neville Goddard's teaching that an assumption is occupied rather than repeated, and that the day is revised before sleep; his work is preserved at the Internet Archive. The written word as a definite claim runs through Florence Scovel Shinn's The Game Of Life And How To Play It (1925), readable in our source archive, and Thomas Troward's Edinburgh Lectures on Mental Science (1904) argue that a definite, unchanging idea is what allows a principle to take particular form.
